"I have never gone to a League meeting where I didn't learn something new" said one member.
The League observes, studies and reaches consensus before it speaks out on an issue. We are a grassroots, multi-issue organization and participate in local, state and national issues.
We have three on-going study committees that deal with:
- International Relations
Contact our Issues Chair at firstname.lastname@example.org

Voter Education and Voter Service are a constant part of our League activities. We are always looking for people to help us with:
- voter registration
- forums and debates
- legislative directories
- SmartVoter, our online voters guide
- naturalization ceremonies
Contact our Voter Service Chair
if you'd like to be part of our efforts.
In 2009, the Leagues of Central Delaware County, Haverford and Radnor completed a study of health needs in Delaware County and adopted a position
that called for the formation of a Delaware County Health Department.
We continue to urge the formation of a County Health Department as it would
- improve basic health services
- make Delaware County eligible for federal and state funds, and
- ensure better coordination of and timely response to public health emergencies.
